Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless you receive a damaged item or it is not as described.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We work very hard to package your items to withstand the journey but sometimes issues will occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged item(s) and package to us at email@example.com A member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours and explain how to proceed.
NOTE: It is VERY important to contact us immediately if there is damage to your order. Please be sure you save the original damaged item AND original packaging if we need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
