This framed piece of barkcloth is a reprint of "Williamstown" by famous folk art artist Anna Mary Robertson Moses, better known as Grandma Moses.
The pattern was popular in the 1950s and fans of Grandma Moses made pillows and other textile items, as well as framing sections of it to hang as artwork, such as this piece in a beautiful gold plaster frame.
